Charles 1859's mother was definitely Riches:

EVERETT, CHARLES mmn RICHES
GRO Reference: 1859 M Quarter in LODDON AND CLAVERING Volume 04B Page 232

The censuses posted previously show that Mary Ann Everett, nee Riches, was born in Brook, c 1826.
The 1841 census posted by Ozibird seems to be for the correct Mary Ann Riches - In Brooke, with father Peter, which matches the 1844 marriage record..

This MAY be William 1918's baptism - but we can't tell if his mother was Varvel or not:
