Ready for the Sing-A-Long ....
THE WELSH NATIONAL ANTHEM LYRICS
MAE HEN WLAD FY NHADAU (Match Version)
Mae hen wlad fy nhadau yn annwyl i mi, Gwlad beirdd a chantorion, enwogion o fri; Ei gwrol ryfelwyr, gwladgarwyr tra mad, Dros ryddid collasant eu gwaed
Gwlad, gwlad, pleidiol wyf i'm gwlad. Tra môr yn fur i'r bur hoff bau, O bydded i'r hen iaith barhau.
Gwlad, gwlad, pleidiol wyf i'm gwlad. Tra môr yn fur i'r bur hoff bau, O bydded i'r hen iaith barhau.
LITERAL TRANSLATION: The old land of my fathers is dear to me. Land of bards (poets) and singers, famous men of renown; Her brave warriors, patriots, For freedom shed their blood.
Chorus: Country, Country, (HOMELAND conveys the sentiment more accurately) I am true to my country. While the sea is a wall to the pure, most loved land, O may the old language endure.

ITALY v WALES .... WHAT'S ON THE MENU?
SPAG BOL? Here's a recipe for an easy to make great Spaghetti Bolognaise http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/easy_spaghetti_bolognese_93639
or.. TRADITIONAL WELSH CAWL?
CAWL Serves 4 NB: This dish is best made the day before serving.
Ingredients • 1kg/2lb 3oz neck of lamb (on the bone), preferably Welsh, cut into serving pieces • 2 litres/3 pints 10½fl oz lamb stock • 225g/8oz potatoes, peeled and chopped • 225g/8oz onions, peeled and chopped • 225g/8oz leeks, trimmed and sliced into 1cm/½in slices • 225g/8oz carrots, peeled and chopped • 225g/8oz swede, peeled and chopped
Preparation method 1. Place the lamb into a large pan and pour over the stock. Bring the liquid to the boil, then reduce the heat until it is simmering and continue to simmer for one hour. 2. Add the chopped vegetables and continue to cook for a further hour. Remove from the heat, cover and set aside to cool overnight. 3. When you are ready to serve the stew, return the mixture to the boil and continue to boil for 15 minutes, or until completely heated through. 4. To serve, divide the cawl equally among four to six serving plates. Serve with crusty bread and Welsh cheese.
Overnight preparation time 10 to 30 mins cooking time

We can't have Wales' opening game of this great championship without this song ...
OF COURSE IT'S WALES' MOST BEAUTIFUL AND MOST FAMOUS LOVE SONG!.....
MYFANWY Paham mae dicter, O Myfanwy, Yn llenwi'th lygaid duon di? A'th ruddiau tirion, O Myfanwy, Heb wrido wrth fy ngweled i? Pa le mae'r wên oedd ar dy wefus Fu'n cynnau 'nghariad ffyddlon ffôl? Pa le mae sain dy eiriau melys, Fu'n denu'n nghalon ar dy ôl?
Pa beth a wneuthum, O Myfanwy I haeddu gwg dy ddwyrudd hardd? Ai chwarae oeddit, O Myfanwy  thanau euraidd serch dy fardd? Wyt eiddo im drwy gywir amod Ai gormod cadw'th air i mi? Ni cheisiaf fyth mo'th law, Myfanwy, Heb gael dy galon gyda hi.
Myfanwy boed yr holl o'th fywyd Dan heulwen ddisglair canol dydd. A boed i rosyn gwridog iechyd I ddawnsio ganmlwydd ar dy rudd. Anghofia'r oll o'th addewidion A wnest i rywun, 'ngeneth ddel, A dyro'th law, Myfanwy dirion I ddim ond dweud y gair "Ffarwél".
MYFANWY .... BRYN TIERFEL & MALE VOICE CHOIR
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2f382uMJvA
ENGLISH TRANSLATION OF MYFANWY
Why is it anger, O Myfanwy, That fills your eyes so dark and clear? Your gentle cheeks, O sweet Myfanwy, Why blush they not when I draw near? Where is the smile that once most tender Kindled my love so fond, so true? Where is the sound of your sweet words, That drew my heart to follow you?
What have I done, O my Myfanwy, To earn your frown? What is my blame? Was it just play, my sweet Myfanwy, To set your poet's love aflame? You truly once to me were promised, Is it too much to keep your part? I wish no more your hand, Myfanwy, If I no longer have your heart.
Myfanwy, may you spend your lifetime Beneath the midday sunshine's glow, And on your cheeks O may the roses Dance for a hundred years or so. Forget now all the words of promise You made to one who loved you well, Give me your hand, my sweet Myfanwy, But one last time, to say "farewell".
