I have had a good chuckle reading this BUT IT IS NOT FUNNY.I seem to have been going through it for ever.Pam stop plucking and have them whipped out by electrolysis. It has been worth it honestly. Some days I feel like S***.My face sweats especially under the eyes and I always seem to be like that in Tes**.I try to look normal but feel that everyone can see this puffing sweating woman!!!!.I will be 55 in July and to think I may still be like it in my 70's..................I can't bear the thought. |

I am 56 and have been on HRT since age 47. My doctor knows that I will not be held responsible for my actions if she every tries to take me off of them again. She has know me for the last 18 years as a patient, and has only once seen me in a flaming temper, which surfaced with the MENopause. |

Don't have much to add but my philosophy was that I never suffered from PMT either. |

Thanks for the tip Fran, I'm off to Tescos now and there's a pharmacy in there, so will ask the pharmacist about that tablet. I've got the cod liver oil tablets, so I hope I can get the others in this country. |

Yes bought some evening primrose oil, the 1000mg, almost spreading the stuff on my toast! Ah well, as my daughter says to me, "It's the most natural thing in the world mum", so I hope I'm around when she gets it to remind her! |

Hello girls, thanks for all the tips and the wonderful response of my plea for help! I'm 54 in May so I guess it's quite late. All my friends are younger than me, lucky buggers, so don't realise the trauma that has suddenly hit me, gawd I sound a moaner...actually yes, that seems to be another sympton, you moan a lot!! Lol. That cake sounds good, but I'm getting fatter too!! |

I woke in the early hours for my early morning pilgrimage to the loo, but couldn't get back to sleep for the sweats, headache, and my hubby snoring! Why does my hair look like a french pastrie in the morning too?!! |
